Sound Community Bank in Seattle is a proud participant in the Hiring Our Heroes program—a partnership with ABA and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation that connects veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses with meaningful employment opportunities in banking. Program participants can intern for up to 12 weeks at private-sector employers like the Seattle-based bank. Since the program started in 2015, 92% of fellowships have resulted in offers for permanent employment.
