Comerica Bank, Dallas, Texas received ABA Foundation’s Community Commitment Award for its volunteerism efforts in 2023. The bank established its Comerica Cares program in 2009 to improve the lives of individuals, groups and communities where it does business by building and managing relationships and strategic partnerships. Aligning with Comerica’s core value of being “A Force for Good,” Comerica Cares drives change by providing volunteer opportunities that support local nonprofits and community partners. In 2022, Comerica colleagues contributed over 66,000 volunteer hours — translating to nearly $2 million worth of donated time.
