Northrim Bank in Alaska has made a major commitment to local communities, through a large effort that has helped many every year. Its Achieve More Kindness campaign encourages employees to participate in a myriad of volunteer activities. During the holiday season, Northrim employees organized several initiatives including donations of winter clothing and diapers, and delivered gift baskets and holiday goodie bags, all of which made immediate impacts for families in need.
