Hilltop National Bank’s Lemonade Day is an experiential program for local youth in Casper, Wyoming that teaches them to start, own and operate their own business—a lemonade stand. The bank organizes this annual event focused on building leadership and business skills, including problem solving, goal-setting and self-esteem. Children gather at Hilltop’s main branch and collect their backpack and Entrepreneur Workbook to work through the business ownership process and experience entrepreneurship.
