FirstBank is passionate about educating consumers on how to spot scams. With the help of ABA’s #BanksNeverAskThat campaign, FirstBank prioritized the conversation about phishing scams by including anti-phishing materials in all of its branches in Colorado, California and Arizona. They also used social media and the homepage of their website to educate customers on how best to protect themselves and their money. On top of that, the bank went a step further by engaging its 2,500 employees in the campaign—encouraging each of them to spread this important message.
