Bank of the West, Tri Counties Bank and Golden Valley Bank in California stepped up to provide valuable aid to victims of the state’s wildfires. Tri Counties Bank's Camp Fire Fund generated more than $1.7 million and an additional fund was created to help bank employees who lost their homes. Golden Valley Bank’s foundation created special interest-earning accounts to accept donations, while Bank of the West’s fund matches contributions up to $25,000 and supports relief efforts statewide.
