Bob Darrow, a data analyst at KeyBank in Brooklyn, Ohio, was hired with the help of The Precisionists—a venture aimed at recruiting people with disabilities and matching them with jobs at companies across the country. KeyBank's partnership with The Precisionists allowed them to bring Darrow onto the team, as well as seven other new bank employees—all of whom have autism or another developmental disability. They are serving in roles ranging from fraud detection to data entry. This partnership is an example of the bank’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, and is one reason DiversityInc has named KeyBank a top company for people with disabilities.
