Marcus Vasquez of Allegiance Bank in Texas played a vital role in leading bank recovery efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. Under his leadership, 41 grants were provided to businesses, homeowners and non-profit organizations totaling $367,000 through a funding program with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas.
